Retail PoliciesNot in Stock Items/Special Orders We stock our most popular items. However, because the designers are able to make hundreds of designs in multiple colors, as a convenience to our customers, we keep a larger selection of jewelry on the website only. If an item is not in stock, it is considered a special order and it our policy to charge the customer a 50% deposit, to have it made especially for them. This usually takes three to four weeks. Due to the timing inconvenience to the customer, we regularly offer to pay for shipping for these special orders. Returns of Not in Stock Items/Special Orders If customer wants to return a special order item, Patooties has a 14-day return policy (providing that the items are in good, resalable condition) for a refund to their credit card minus a 15% restocking fee each special ordered item returned. Please contact Patooties to receive a return authorization (see "Return Authorizations" below). Returns of unused, undamaged special ordered merchandise after 14 days of purchase will be exchanged for a merchandise credit minus a 15% restocking fee. Items are unreturnable after 30 days. Returns of In-Stock Items For retail purchases, Patooties has a 14-day return policy, for a full refund, providing that the items are in good, resalable condition. Please contact Patooties to receive a return authorization (see "Return Authorizations" below). Returns of unused, undamaged merchandise after 14 days of purchase will be exchanged for a merchandise credit. Items are unreturnable after 30 days. All sale merchandise is final (no returns). Repairs We stand behind the quality of all our merchandise. If a product breaks, please send it back for repair. Some pieces can be repaired locally and others have to be sent back to Israel for repair. Please allow up to eight weeks for repair of an item that must be returned to Israel. Return Authorizations All returns of merchandise require prior authorization. Please call (248) 594-2788 to obtain a Return Authorization. Once you receive a Return Authorization, you may send the returned merchandise with a copy of the original receipt to:
Patooties Shipping Charges Shipping charges are non-refundable. Patooties cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt. We therefore recommend that you insure all parcels. |
